Bottle number 06559 Specially filled and sealed Christmas 1987 – 35 years old 100 year Anniversary of Glenfiddich Distillery. A very special edition Glenfiddich released in 1987 to celebrate the great Speyside distillery’s Centenary year. This Whisky was bottled & sealed on Christmas Day 1986, exactly 99 years after the first ever Glenfiddich spirit was made, on Christmas Day 1887. It was a limited run of just, 12000 bottles – but nearly a quarter of a century later you don’t see many of these, and not surprisingly it’s a cracking dram. You can’t bottle any old spirit for your Centenary after all.
